Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Jaxon for using Reloop. By creating an account or using Reloop you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Reloop. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Who can use Reloop

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. To publish or import results you also need an Instagram professional account, and you must follow Instagram’s own terms and policies.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Please give accurate information.

3. Your videos and content

You keep ownership of your videos, captions and other content. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you upload, and that it does not break the law or anyone else’s rights. You give us a limited licence to store, process, display and publish your content only as needed to run Reloop for you, including publishing to Instagram when you tell us to.

4. Publishing to Instagram

Reloop publishes to your Instagram account only after you approve a video and choose to publish or schedule it. Instagram decides whether a post is accepted. Features such as Trial Reels depend on Instagram’s rules and your account’s eligibility, so we cannot promise a post will be accepted or appear a certain way. You can cancel a scheduled post before it starts, and you can disconnect Instagram at any time.

5. Results and the assistant

Results shown in Reloop are the figures Instagram returns, so they may be missing or delayed. The assistant offers ideas to test, not predictions. We do not guarantee views, followers, growth, income or any other outcome.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Reloop to break the law, infringe someone’s rights, post spam or misleading content, harass others, attempt to get around Instagram’s rules or Reloop’s security, or interfere with the service.

7. Fees

Reloop does not currently include paid plans or charge any fees. If paid features are added, the price and refund terms will be shown clearly before you pay.

8. Third-party services

Reloop relies on services such as Instagram (Meta) and Supabase. They may change or be unavailable, which can affect Reloop. Their own terms apply to your use of them.

9. Changes and availability

We may update or improve Reloop and may change or remove features. We aim to keep Reloop available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Reloop and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Profile → Delete my account and data). We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or if the law requires it.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Reloop is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data or followers, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (which is currently nothing). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Reloop after a change means you accept it.
