Pro is a preview of what’s planned. No checkout, subscription or charge is active. There is one Reloop app. Free features work without Pro; the AI assistant unlocks only after the server verifies your subscription. The proposed future cloud assistant would send prompts and chosen context to an AI provider. We’ll explain the provider, usage limits and data handling before launch.

Is Reloop free?
Yes. The current app is free. Reloop Pro is planned at NZ$9.99/month for extra AI and creative tools, but subscriptions and paid perks are not available yet. There is one app: use its free features, then upgrade to Pro inside Reloop for the AI assistant once subscriptions launch.
Can I subscribe to Pro yet?
Not yet. Pro is a proposed plan, and there is no checkout or charge. The cloud assistant and other paid perks still need to be built and tested. We’ll confirm usage limits, data handling, cancellation and final billing terms before subscriptions launch.
What Mac do I need?
Use an Apple Silicon Mac with macOS 14 or later for the current Mac build. The assistant needs additional disk space for its AI model.
Do I need an Instagram account?
You need a professional Instagram account to connect, import Reel data or publish. Instagram decides which features your account can use, including Trial Reels.
Does the assistant watch my videos?
No. It works with the questions, captions, descriptions and Reel details you share. It can suggest ideas, but doesn’t watch footage or publish on your behalf. The local assistant requires a separate Ollama model download of roughly 2 GB.
Where does my data go?
Your account, uploaded videos and drafts use Reloop’s hosted service. Assistant prompts are processed locally on your Mac. See the privacy policy for the details.
Why might macOS show a warning?
The current download is a development build and is not Apple-notarized. macOS may warn that Apple cannot verify it. Read the warning and decide whether you trust the source before opening it.

How Pro will work.

Download Reloop.
Download Reloop and sign in. Videos, drafts, publishing, results and the manual 90-day tracker are available on Free.

Subscribe through Stripe.
Open Pro in the app. Once billing is enabled, choose Subscribe. Stripe Checkout will show the NZ$9.99 monthly subscription and final terms before you pay.

Return and activate.
Return to Reloop and choose Restore / refresh access. The server must verify your subscription before the assistant unlocks.
Setup in progress — purchases are off.
Stripe is connected. The product stays inactive while payment verification and subscription lifecycle handling are completed and tested. No one should pay until activation is ready.
Subscription management and cancellation will use Stripe’s customer portal. The current AI assistant runs on your Mac; cloud AI and additional perks remain planned.
