Reloop helps you find your best Instagram Reels, make new versions of your videos, review them, publish them, and compare results. This policy explains what information Reloop handles to do that, and the choices you have.

What we collect

The Reloop assistant
Reloop is one Mac app with free features and an optional Pro upgrade. The assistant requires Pro access and runs on your own computer. Pro requires online subscription verification before assistant requests. Your questions and the video or Reel details you choose to include are processed by an AI model on your device and are not sent to Reloop’s servers. The assistant is not available on the web version. It has no ability to post, edit or browse for you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not show advertising, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
- We never see your Instagram password. You sign in to Instagram on Instagram.
- We never publish to Instagram unless you approve a video and then choose to publish or schedule it.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of service providers to run Reloop, and they process information on our behalf:
- Supabase for sign-in, the database, file storage for your videos, and back-end functions.
- Instagram (Meta) to connect your account, publish what you approve, and return your Reel data. Instagram’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that part.
- The company that hosts the Reloop website (currently Cloudflare), which delivers the pages you load.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, videos, drafts and Instagram connection details, except anything we are required by law to keep.
Your choices
- Change your details any time in Profile.
- Disconnect Instagram any time on the Instagram page, or remove Reloop’s access in your Instagram settings.
- Delete your account and data: use Profile → Delete my account and data, or email us at jaxonnz101@gmail.com.
- Clear data on your device by signing out and clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. In the Mac app, use Profile → Privacy & legal → Clear saved app data on this device.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, export or delete your information, or to object to how it is used. Contact us and we will help.
Children
Reloop is for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Reloop connects to its back end over encrypted connections. Your videos are kept in private storage and shown to you through temporary links. No online service can be perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
